The Swiss men remain without a podium place in the short track at the World Cup final in Mont-Sainte-Anne, Canada.
Lars Forster had to settle for 4th place, with Vital Albin in 9th place a second rider making it into the top 10.
A group of three broke away at the front on the last lap. Forster had to abandon the high-speed course without any technical difficulties and lost five seconds to the winning time of Frenchman Luca Martin. Britain's Charlie Aldridge and France's Adrien Boichis took the other podium places.
American Christopher Blevins, who is already the overall World Cup winner, finished in 12th place, while winner Martin consolidated second place in the overall standings. The World Cup dernière of the 2025 season will be held on Sunday evening Swiss time with the cross-country races.
