A house of three in the fourth end and another house of three in the fifth end decided the game early on. With two three-pointers written, Team Switzerland pulled away from 2:1 to 8:1.

With three wins and three losses, Switzerland finished in 5th place together with Japan and New Zealand. Three teams from the group of ten reach the quarter-finals. Alina Pätz and Sven Michel, the 2022 World Championship runners-up, are one win away from third place, which is currently held by Estonia and Norway, before the last three rounds.
