One week after the official separation of the Florian Breer/Marco Krattiger team, Swiss Volley has announced the new teams for the next Olympic cycle.
Only one top team remains unchanged compared to last season: Yves Haussener and Julian Friedli will continue to play together. There have been rotations in the other teams. In addition, Philip Gabathuler, a national coach, is moving from the women's team to the men's team.
The new teams are as follows: Marco Krattiger is now playing together with Leo Dillier. Adrian Heidrich forms a team with Jonathan Jordan. And Florian Breer and Luc Flückiger also form a new duo.
With the newly formed teams, Swiss Volley's beach volleyball department wants to be back in the men's competition at the next Summer Games in Los Angeles in 2028. Only two women's teams qualified for Paris.
