The SCL Tigers will have to do without newly signed Swede André Petersson for the start of the new National League season.
The 34-year-old forward suffered an upper-body injury in practice last week, as the club announced. The Emmentalers expect him to be out for six weeks.
Langnau's head of sports Pascal Müller now feels compelled to take action. The club is "endeavoring to sign a replacement as soon as possible so that we can start the season with six foreign players as planned", according to the Tigers' statement.
