The Walliser is expected to return to the team on Saturday for the home game against the Dallas Stars, as can be seen in a video posted by the club on social media. The New Jersey captain was injured in a cross-check against the Montreal Canadiens at the end of January.
With 43 points (24 goals and 19 assists), Hischier is the best Swiss scorer in the current NHL season.
