Noè Ponti misses out on a third Swiss medal at the Olympic Games in Paris. The 23-year-old from Ticino swims to 5th place in the 200 m dolphin final.
Ponti equaled his Swiss record of 1:54.14, which he had only set in the semi-finals on Tuesday. He was 1.34 seconds short of bronze. The Olympic champion was Léon Marchand. The young French star caught the top favorite Kristof Milak from Hungary in the final meters.
