The 36-year-old Suri from Zurich will succeed Thomi Derungs, who is taking over as head of coaching training at the Swiss association.
Suri played 850 games in the NLA and National League and, in addition to ten seasons with Zug, also wore the jersey of Kloten, Rapperswil-Jona, Servette and Lugano. He won the World Championship silver medal with the national team in 2013 and became Swiss champion with the EVZ in 2022.
