Marlen Reusser turns her good late season form into another top result.

The time trial world champion came second in the Trofeo Tessile & Moda in northern Italy, which is part of the Europe Tour and was held for the first time.
Reusser was only beaten by 33-year-old local hero Elisa Longo Borghini by 37 seconds over the 95 kilometers from Valdengo to Oropa. Third place went to Urska Zigart from Slovakia, 17 seconds behind Reusser.
