The 25-year-old Saskia Lack was the only Swiss woman to reach the semi-finals in the first race in Val di Fassa on Friday. On Saturday she was joined there by Sixtine Cousin (8th final place). After four top 6 finishes this winter without a podium place, Lack made it to second place on Saturday, the third time in her career that she has finished on the podium in the World Cup.

In the men's race, Alex Fiva was the best Swiss racer in 5th place, while Ryan Regez finished the competition in 8th place.

Victory in the men's race went to Italy's Simone Deromedis.
