As in most previous years, a sports broadcast achieved the highest viewing figures on Swiss Radio and Television (SRF) in 2025. The Lauberhorn downhill in Wengen took the top spot in the annual hit list, according to the SRF annual figures published on Friday.

An average of 965,000 people watched the Swiss one-two victory of Marco Odermatt and Franjo von Allmen in the Bernese Oberland. However, since the change in the measurement method 13 years ago, this only corresponds to 42nd place in the all-time leaderboard. It is still led by the World Cup match between the Swiss national football team and Brazil in 2018 with 1.618 million viewers.

In addition to the Lauberhorn Downhill, the most popular broadcasts in 2025 included the Ice Hockey World Cup final between Switzerland and the USA (943,000), the Men's World Cup Downhill (925,000) and the Women's European Football Championship final between England and Spain (889,000).
