After two 2nd places in Pass Thurn in Austria, Lenz Hächler celebrates his first victory of the season in the European Cup at his home race in Verbier. The 22-year-old wins the Super-G ahead of two teammates.
Behind the now five-time European Cup winner Hächler, who won his first World Cup points in December with 19th place in the giant slalom in Beaver Creek, Gaël Zulauf and Arnaud Boisset finished in 2nd and 3rd place. The home team generally dominated: There are only two racers in the top 12 who are not competing for Switzerland.
