The Swiss alpine snowboarders secure another medal at the end of the Junior World Championships in Zakopane, Poland. Bronze in the mixed team competition goes to Xenia von Siebenthal and Nuri Mosca.
It was the second medal in 24 hours for von Siebenthal. One day after winning gold in the parallel slalom, the 17-year-old from Davos secured third place together with Mosca from the Engadin, who is the same age. The duo beat Canada 1 in the small final, having previously failed in the semi-finals against the eventual junior world champions Tervel Zamfirov/Malena Zamfirova from Bulgaria.
