Steve Guerdat secured victory on the Westphalian mare Lancelotta in the Masters competition at the Mechelen CSI. Guerdat and Lancelotta completed the normal course and four jump-offs without a knockdown.

Belgian rider Nico Philippaerts on Cornethagos also managed five clear rounds, but completed the final jump-off around four seconds slower than the Swiss rider.
The Masters in Mechelen featured the five strongest Belgian show jumpers plus the top 5 show jumpers present according to the world rankings. The World Cup show jumping in Mechelen takes place on Tuesday.
