The Wizards had been beaten 103:123 in Detroit on Wednesday night. The team averted another defeat with Kyshawn George in the final 54 seconds of the game, in which they turned a one-point deficit into a four-point lead. The Wallis guard contributed nine points and four rebounds to the successful comeback.
Despite their fourth win in the last seven games, the Wizards remain the worst team in the league in terms of points.
