In Nove Mesto, the Swiss biathletes disappoint in the 15-kilometer individual race. Victory goes to Frenchman Eric Perrot.
The best Swiss athlete at the start of the World Cup weekend in the Czech Republic was Sebastian Stalder, who finished the race in 38th place and with four misses. His teammates Jeremy Finello (57th), Joscha Burkhalter (66th) and Matthias Riebli (72nd) finished the competition well outside the points.
Eric Perrot secured the victory. The Frenchman won by 41.8 seconds ahead of his compatriot Emilien Jacquelin. The podium was completed by the Italian Lukas Hofer.
