The Swiss biathletes miss out on an exploit at the World Championships in Lenzerheide. Sebastian Stalder finishes 13th in the men's sprint. Johannes Thingnes Bö wins his 21st World Championship gold medal.
Stalder, an excellent shooter, was unable to keep up with the best runners, meaning that Switzerland's first World Championship medal was not to be. With Niklas Hartweg (19th) and Joscha Burkhalter (21st), however, there was a good team result, which leaves a lot possible for the pursuit on Sunday.
