The 2026 European Volleyball Championships will begin for the Swiss men's national team in Romania. This was the result of the draw in Bari, in which Switzerland was assigned to Group D.

In this group, coach Juan Manuel Serramalera's team will face hosts Romania, France, Germany, Latvia and Turkey. To reach the knockout phase, Switzerland must finish the group in at least fourth place.
The European Championship will take place from September 9 to 26, 2026 in Italy, Bulgaria, Finland and Romania. 24 teams will compete for the title.
