Fribourg-Gottéron has added two players from HC Thurgau to its roster for the upcoming playoffs.

As the Fribourg team announced, Swedish forward Daniel Ljunggren and defenseman Cédric Hächler will join the National League club with a B-license.

Thurgau was eliminated from the Swiss League playoffs in the semi-final with a 0:4 win against Visp. Fribourg-Gottéron will play the first game of the playoff quarter-final against Bern on Friday away from home.

Goaltender Bryan Rüegger and forwards Kevin Etter and Dominik Binias are also back in the Fribourg squad after playing for Thurgau in recent weeks.
