Lüthi will advise and support the two riders, 19-year-old Australian Senna Agius and 22-year-old Spaniard Manuel Gonzalez, as the team announced. Gonzalez, who finished third in Moto2 last season, is aiming for the world championship title with Lüthi's help.

In addition to this role, the former 125cc World Champion (2005), who has won 17 Grands Prix, will continue to work as a sporting advisor to Noah Dettwiler from Basel in the Moto3 class and as a pundit for SRF television. Lüthi ended his career in 2021 after 317 Grands Prix.
