After the Toronto Maple Leafs had conceded 13 goals and three defeats in the last three duels with the Florida Panthers, American goalie Joseph Woll was not to be outdone this time. His 22 saves and the goals by Auston Matthews and Max Pacioretty in the final period made the difference.
Sunday's winner will face the Carolina Hurricanes in the Eastern Conference final.
