Alongside Alina Müller, a second Swiss player could soon be playing in the Professional Women's Hockey League: Nicole Vallerio of EV Zug has been invited to training camp by the New York Sirens.

The 24-year-old defender from Ticino has the chance to recommend herself for a place in the squad for the season starting in three weeks' time. The team from New York will finalize its roster on November 19. If Vallario does not make the team, she will return to the EVZ after the camp.
Alina Müller had extended her contract with the Boston Fleet in the summer ahead of schedule by two years until the end of the 2027-28 season.
