In the jump-off, Fuchs managed a clear round in 37.45 seconds. He thus prevailed against strong competition.
Edouard Schmitz and Steve Guerdat both had to accept a knockdown. In addition to Martin Fuchs (51 points), Steve Guerdat (40) and Edouard Schmitz (33) can also hope to qualify for Basel.
The final qualifying competition will take place in Gothenburg in two weeks' time.
