World champion Mathieu van der Poel is enjoying good form ten days before his World Championship title defense in Zurich.
The 29-year-old Dutchman won the first stage of the Tour of Luxembourg. For Van der Poel, it was the 50th success of his professional career.
Marc Hirschi, last year's winner of the Tour of Luxembourg, finished in the same time with the field in 26th place.
