Therwil Flyers turn the corner to win 17th title

With a 6:3 victory in the fifth and final game of the best-of-five series, they turned the series against the Zurich Barracudas in the playoff final around after trailing 0:2 to win 3:2.

It is the 17th championship title in the club's history for the Flyers. The record winners prevented the Barracudas from winning a fourth championship title, primarily thanks to player-coach and pitcher Ferlon Gijsbertha.
