As "TMZ" reports, the previous owner of the Malibu property was William Bell Jr, an art collector. The building was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The couple also landed a good deal: Originally, the luxury mansion was supposed to change hands for 295 million.
Beyoncé and Jay-Z have three children together and have been married since 2008. The couple have bought several large estates, not least a house in Bel-Air for 88 million and a villa in the Hamptons for 26 million dollars.
