Climate activists from the "Last Generation" stormed the stage of folk rock'n'roller Andreas Gabalier in Ischgl, Austria, on Sunday.
Gabalier's security guards didn't hesitate for long.
The activists were unable to display their banners, but they threw confetti around.
Andreas Gabalier (39) will not soon forget this concert.
His concert on Sunday in the Austrian ski resort of Ischgl was disrupted by climate activists. Two members of the "Last Generation" stormed Gabalier's stage at the Open Air in Ischgl - and wanted to hold up a banner.
But Gabalier's security immediately stopped them. Before they were taken away, they threw confetti around.
Folk rocker Andreas Gabalier was not irritated by the action. He joked: "Maybe it's a carnival act or something?" The audience applauded.
The action is not a carnival joke
The climate activists of "Last Generation Austria" have commented on Gabalier's action on X.
