Due to an injury, singer Helene Fischer is postponing the start of her tour, originally planned for this Tuesday in Bremen. Fischer herself and the tour organizer Live Nation announced that she had suffered a rib fracture during rehearsals, which is why the shows in Bremen and Cologne had to be postponed. The newspaper "Bild " also reported.

Sometimes "higher powers are at work", Fischer (38, "Atemlos") wrote on Instagram. "We therefore have to postpone the premiere with a heavy heart (...)." Fischer continued: "I hope you know how sorry I am, because I know how much joy it is to finally get started and how many inconveniences a postponement brings for you. Believe me, I would have wished it differently, but I have to follow the urgent medical advice."

Rib injury during acrobatic rehearsals

According to Live Nation, the artist suffered a rib fracture during acrobatic rehearsals, making it necessary to postpone the planned shows in Bremen and Cologne. Make-up dates in Bremen are now from May 10 to 12, in Cologne from August 25 to
September 2. "All tickets for the concerts remain valid," it said.

The premiere of the tour with 71 concerts and around 700,000 fans is now scheduled to take place in Hamburg on April 11. In Switzerland, Helene Fischer will perform on five consecutive evenings at the Hallenstadion in Zurich from September 19 to 24.

Fischer has developed the "Rausch" tour with the acrobatic troupe Cirque du Soleil. Fischer last toured in 2018. After taking a baby break, she returned to the stage in 2022 and gave her biggest concert to date in Munich in front of around 130,000 fans.
