The former singer of the band Queen, Freddie Mercury, died in 1991. Now his voice can be heard once again in a song. "Face It Alone" is part of the album "The Miracle", which will be released in November.
What the birds were already whistling from the rooftops a few weeks ago is now a fact:
British rock band Queen are releasing a song featuring the voice of their frontman Freddie Mercury, who died in 1991, for the first time in eight years.
The song "Face It Alone" was sung by Mercury in 1988 and was actually supposed to appear on the album "The Miracle". Now the song has been rediscovered and is to be released as a single.

"Face It Alone" will also be part of the "33rd Anniversary Collector's Edition" of "The Miracle". The album will be released on November 18th and will also contain six more previously unheard Queen songs.
"We had kind of forgotten about 'Face It Alone'," says Queen drummer Roger Taylor. "But then suddenly it was back, this little gem. It's wonderful, a real discovery. It's a very passionate piece."
Guitarist Brian May explains the rediscovery: "I'm glad that our team found this piece. After all these years, it's great to hear us in the studio working on a great song idea that was never quite finished. Until now!"
Hardcore fans and anyone who doesn't want to wait can already listen to the song "Face It Alone" on YouTube. The record company has already uploaded a lyrics video there today.
Queen is one of the most successful groups in music history. The band has sold more than 200 million albums to date. Between 1970 and 1986, the group played more than 700 concerts.
