Bild " takes the estimated figure from "Blick " and takes a closer look at the industry. According to the Swiss tabloid, Rammstein is said to earn up to five million euros for a concert. According to "Bild", this is too high.
The exact figures are top secret and only those responsible know the correct amounts. The German newspaper nevertheless calculates pi times thumb: Rammstein tickets cost between 92 and 143 francs, VIP tickets cost just under 439 francs.
The huge scale of a tour
Officially, there are 60,000 fans per concert, which amounts to around seven million. Of course, the band doesn't see all of that.
"Bild" quotes insiders who estimate that Rammstein earns around 1.7 million per gig. This includes the cost of renting the Olympic Stadium in Munich, water, advertising, admission staff, security, paramedics and more. The electricity alone would cost just over a million.
The scale of a Rammstein performance should also not be underestimated: Around 30 trucks transport the necessary equipment from A to B, and the band also has two stages. It also takes seven days to set up, but dismantling is quicker.
