François Letexier will referee the European Championship final between England and Spain on Sunday in Berlin. The 35-year-old Frenchman is the youngest referee at the tournament.
It will be Letexier's first final at this level. In 2023, he refereed the UEFA Super Cup between Champions League winners Manchester City and Europa League winners Sevilla FC.
Letexier has been an international referee since 2017 and refereed three matches at this year's European Championship, including the round of 16 between Spain and Georgia. He will be assisted by his compatriots Cyril Mugnier and Mehdi Rahmouni in Sunday's final. Szymon Marciniak from Poland is the fourth official.
