Traffic accident E-biker seriously injured in collision with bicycle in Oberwil-Lieli AG
A 76-year-old e-biker was seriously injured in a collision between two cyclists in Oberwil-Lieli AG on Monday. A rescue helicopter flew the man to Zurich University Hospital. The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the collision on the cycle path.

The accident occurred shortly after 2.30 p.m. on the cycle path along Bremgartenstrasse in Oberwil-Lieli, as reported by the Aargau cantonal police on Tuesday. The 76-year-old was riding his e-bike in the direction of the town center.
At the same time, a 15-year-old was riding a mountain bike in the opposite direction. The two cyclists collided at the exit of the underpass that crosses the bypass road.
The emergency services and police found the senior unresponsive, according to the press release. The teenager suffered an injury to his arm.
The exact circumstances of the collision are unclear. The cantonal police have launched an investigation. The Muri-Bremgarten public prosecutor's office opened an investigation.
