This was announced by the military and the domestic intelligence service Shin Bet. Muhammad Abdullah was killed in an airstrike in the Tulkarem area in the northwest of the Palestinian territory. The men were traveling in a car.

According to the military, Abdullah was the leader of the terrorist organization in the refugee district of Nur Shams in Tulkarem. According to the army, his predecessor had already been killed at the end of August.

The Ministry of Health in Ramallah confirmed the deaths of the 21 and 30-year-old men. According to Palestinian reports, Israeli army vehicles and bulldozers were also on the move in the area around the city.

The already tense situation in the West Bank has worsened considerably since the Hamas massacre a year ago and the resulting Gaza war. Since then, according to the Ministry of Health in Ramallah, around 719 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli military operations, armed clashes and attacks by extremists.
