Justice Prison officer from Ticino prisons dismissed

The State Council of the Canton of Ticino has terminated the employment relationship with a prison officer of the cantonal prisons with immediate effect. The employee's behavior had irreparably damaged the employment relationship.

The canton announced on Thursday that no further details of the case, which has not yet been made public, would be provided in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
