Russia Ukraine reports major Russian drone attack
According to its own military information, Ukraine repelled an unusually large Russian drone attack during the night. The Ukrainian Air Force Command in Kiev announced that 135 Russian combat drones had been located since Thursday evening.

Of these, 80 drones had been shot down. 44 of the unmanned flying objects had disappeared from the radar again, 2 had flown to Belarus. Around ten drones were still circling over central Ukraine in the morning.
Such figures from the Ukrainian armed forces cannot be verified in detail, but they give an impression of the scale of the night-time attacks. The capital Kiev was on air alert for four and a half hours during the night; anti-aircraft fire was reportedly heard twice. According to the city administration, no damage or injuries were reported. Ukraine has been defending itself against a large-scale Russian invasion for more than two and a half years.
