A four-year-old girl inherits her father's entire estate, a farm and numerous other assets, including financial ones.
Numerous relatives object to this. They have already benefited from the girl's grandfather, who died a few years ago. But they also want a share of his son's inheritance.
Their interest in the inheritance is not least due to an undeclared treasure trove of gold that is said to be on the farm.
It all starts with a four-year-old girl who loses her father. A short time later, an aunt sues against the will, making the girl the sole heir. Subsequently, other family members claim their share in court.
This was preceded by the death of the four-year-old's grandfather. He bequeathed the farm and other assets to her father. He also made generous provisions for his other relatives, writes the "Blick" newspaper, citing the "Kronenzeitung".
The now deceased father also left his sister and all other relatives out of the will - the only exception being his daughter. His partner and the girl's mother only received the right to live on the farm.
Ominous treasure trove of gold
The sister of the deceased, the aunt of the four-year-old, now also wants to share in her brother's inheritance - the inheritance that comes from the estate of their grandfather. Last but not least, there is a treasure trove of gold on the farm that is not mentioned in the will.
The aunt is demanding a compulsory portion of 500,000 euros. According to Blick, other relatives subsequently came forward, also claiming a share of the inheritance and the ominous gold treasure.
No one has ever seen the fabulous gold collection. It doesn't even exist, says another family member to the "Kronenzeitung". The case is before the regional court in Klagenfurt and the verdict is pending.
