The Schaffhausen government council sees no relevant misconduct on the part of the Schaffhausen police in the case of a 43-year-old woman who was beaten up by several men: An expert opinion exonerates the officers.

The report concludes that the Schaffhausen police "took up their work very quickly and professionally and took the victim seriously", as the Schaffhausen cantonal council announced on Friday.

At the end of May, "Rundschau" reported on the case of a 43-year-old Schaffhausen woman who was physically assaulted by several men in the apartment of a Schaffhausen lawyer in December 2021. In the article, the Schaffhausen police and the public prosecutor's office were accused of errors in the handling of the case.
