An 18-year-old man was stabbed with a knife during a dispute between two groups. An unknown man injured the man on his thigh on Saturday evening at a school complex. According to the police, he suffered moderate injuries. The ambulance service took him to hospital.

According to the Thurgau cantonal police, the 18-year-old and three other men aged 17, 19 and 23 got into an argument with three strangers at the school grounds on Kurzenerchingerstrasse. This resulted in an assault.

A passer-by reported the incident to the police at around 7.00 pm. Several officers responded. According to the police, the three unknown men fled after the incident. The exact background and the course of events were unclear on Sunday. The public prosecutor's office opened a criminal investigation.
