A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident on the Gotthardstrasse on Sunday morning. The emergency services transferred him to the Uri Cantonal Hospital.

The accident occurred on the Alptal bridge on the Gotthardstrasse, as reported by the Uri cantonal police on Sunday. The man was heading south when he fell on the bridge at Intschi, after an S-bend, for reasons that are still unclear.
