A fire broke out in an unoccupied property in Dulliken SO on Wednesday evening. There was heavy smoke development. The police assume that an unknown person caused the fire. The person was in the house on Jurastrasse without authorization.

The fire was reported shortly after 8.15 p.m., according to the Solothurn cantonal police on Thursday. No one was injured.

The Dulliken fire department, which received support from the Starrkirch-Wil fire department and the Gösgen nuclear power plant fire department, located the source of the fire on the upper floor. The fire departments extinguished the fire and ventilated the building, according to reports.
