A tragic accident occurred in the Italian province of Brindisi in which a young woman lost her life.
The young woman pressed the elevator button. The doors opened, even though the cabin had not reached her floor. On entering, she fell three floors to the roof of the elevator.
Her father alerted the emergency services shortly after 6 am. He heard her cell phone ringing in the shaft and immediately had a bad premonition. The young woman could only be rescued dead.
