After three seasons each in Langnau and Lausanne, 28-year-old defenseman Andrea Glauser is returning to HC Fribourg-Gottéron. Glauser signed a seven-year contract in Fribourg.

In the last three seasons in Lausanne, Andrea Glauser improved into one of the best hockey defensemen in Switzerland. Glauser came through the junior ranks at Gottéron and made his National League debut with Fribourg in the 2015-16 season.
