FC Lugano will face Partizan Belgrade in the 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League on August 8 and 15.
Like Lugano, the Serbs were eliminated from the Champions League qualifiers. They were defeated by Dynamo Kiev with a total score of 2:9.
The first leg between Lugano and Partizan will take place in Thun.
