Handball Kadetten Schaffhausen holds its own in Basel

Kadetten Schaffhausen notches up its sixth win in its seventh NLA game of the season. The champions won 34:31 at bottom-of-the-table RTV Basel without shining.

The home team led 11:9 after 20 minutes and then constantly chased a small deficit. Kadetten's best scorers were Luka Maros and David Hrachovec with seven goals each. Joshua Grace scored eight times for Basel.

Thanks to their fourth win in a row, the Kadetten extended their lead in the table to four points. However, the competition has played two games less.
