Bad luck with injuries at HC Lugano: After Niklas Schlegel, the second goalie Joren van Pottelberghe is also out.
The Swiss international, who moved from Biel to Ticino this season, suffered various fractures in his right ankle and foot while walking. According to the club, Van Pottelberghe will miss around three months.
Schlegel will be out for another two weeks due to muscular problems. The second-placed team in the National League has responded by signing Adam Huska. The 27-year-old Slovakian stood between the posts last season in Russia with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in the KHL.
