The rider from Jura took second place at the Grand Prix of the CSIO Brussels, where the European Champion was only beaten by Argentina's José Maria Larocca on Finn Lente.
Guerdat also remained clear in the jump-off, but lost some time in the second half of the course. As on Friday in the Nations Cup, he had to make do with the place of honor, but was able to console himself with prize money of 100,000 euros.
