Kicked out in Montreux Dino Brandão: "The hotel wanted to close, but I was already closed"

Dino Brandão thrilled the audience at the Montreux Jazz Festival last night. The hotel staff were less pleased with an earlier performance by the Swiss multi-talent - they kicked him out.

Dino Brandão raves about the good old days in an interview with blue Music.

Back when the stars still rolled up to concerts in their own Lamborghinis. However, the young Swiss musician only remembers such scenes from hearsay.

At another gig, Brandão had an unpleasant encounter with the staff of a luxury hotel in Montreux.

"Then I don't want to stop anymore"

The multi-instrumentalist organized a jam session with colleagues after midnight two years ago. The hotel staff informed him that it had to end at one o'clock in the morning at the latest - because of the other hotel guests.

"The problem is," says Brandão, "once I start a jam, I don't want to stop."

He also wanted to keep playing that night. Dino Brandão explains what happened next in his wonderfully flowery words in the video interview.
