After the great musical success with the Büetzer Buebe, now comes The Woodgies: Gölä is teaming up musically with the female duo from western Switzerland.

Gölä apparently no longer wants to be alone on stage.

After performing together with Trauffer under the name Büetzer Buebe in recent years and celebrating various major musical successes, he is now trying it out with two women.

The Bernese singer tells "Blick" today that he has teamed up with Hannah-Leah and Meghan Woodger, better known as The Woodgies.

"There was an instant spark between us"

The Woodgies are a sibling duo with Irish-English roots who grew up in French-speaking Switzerland. "They invited me to the studio in Geneva and we clicked straight away," explains Gölä.

He would never actually get involved in collaborations with musicians he didn't know, but the two women were highly recommended to him by his guitarist John Woolloff. "And he has good taste in music."

The two sisters are also full of praise for their new bandmate. The first meeting was incredible, raves Meghan Woodger in "Blick".

"He had his hands full of presents when he came into the studio," Hannah-Leah Woodger recalls. "We immediately realized that we were dealing with an exceptionally friendly man."

As a result, the trio recorded the track "I'm Feeling The Love". Later, according to the sisters, they also got to know Gölä's family.
