No time? blue News summarizes for you

  • The 57th Montreux Jazz Festival will take place from June 30 to July 15, 2023.
  • The good news for all music fans who can't make the pilgrimage to Lake Geneva this time: blue Music will be streaming the best live concerts.
  • Roberta Sà and Gilberto Gil will be on stage tonight. The livestream starts at 21:15.

"When Alejandro and I play together, it's like driving a car," says Estevan, one half of the guitar duo Hermanos Gutiérrez. "It's like a road trip. Sometimes we drive through the desert, sometimes along the coast - always in nature, where we see the most beautiful landscapes."

The two brothers are eight years apart in age. Their roots are in Ecuador and Switzerland. Their music is reminiscent of western movie soundtracks, which may explain their success in the USA at least a little.

Thanks in part to their performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival 2021, they have been riding the wave of success ever since - and they will prove once again tonight on Lake Geneva that this is no coincidence.
