Former Russian Deputy Defense Minister Dmitry Bulgakov, who is suspected of corruption, remains in custody. The court in Moscow also ordered the pre-trial detention of two suspected accomplices of Bulgakov. Their company is said to have received nine orders from Bulgakov between 2022 and 2024. According to the intermediaries, the loss amounts to around 50 million roubles (just under 500,000 euros).
