Arrest 26-year-old arrested for petrol station robbery in Arbon TG

The Thurgau cantonal police have arrested a 26-year-old Swiss man. He is suspected of having committed two robberies at a petrol station and a burglary in Arbon.

On May 4 and June 26, a masked perpetrator robbed the BP petrol station in Arbon, the Thurgau cantonal police wrote in a statement on Monday. In each case, he threatened the employees with a weapon and demanded cash. In both cases, he fled with several hundred francs.

Investigations led to the 26-year-old. In addition to the two robberies, the arrested man is also suspected of having committed a burglary in a factory building in Arbon.
